LEAD Management Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in 1996 to provide core services mainly to the semi-conductor industry. Our firm belief in delivering quality services to our customers has helped us established long term working relationship with major operational FABs in Singapore, Malaysia and China.

Today, society is gradually adopting a "zero tolerance" for failure and increasingly hold companies liable for their failure to perform up to expectations. LEAD Management has built up a reputation for reliable and quality services, especially in working with industries with extremely stringent requirements in clean environments.

We have broaden our services base to include support to other industries in the chemical, pharmaceutical and oil and gas areas. In all areas, our company has consistently maintain a high standard in fulfilling all the stringent demands of these industries.
